A lot of people have been asking How do I get my teeth white? how do I make them white?
I’m going to tell you. I’m going to be advertising too, though I wont get paid for.

First, I have a really handy dandy toothbrush. It’s Oral B. It actually has a vibrating head. The dentist always recommends the round head and I think It’s better for your teeth.

The heads are replaceable, so you don’t have to buy a new toothbrush. I use Crest, of course. I use baking soda & peroxide, with whitening. I don’t know if it really works. Brush your teeth twice a day is wazzup.

The last thing I use, which I love, is this smart rinse. It’s actually advertised for kids & I am a kid at heart. But also I love it. What it does, it’s kinda cool, when you are one washing your mouth it highlights bacteria & plaque and all that “eekie”thing in your mouth. When you don’t see highlights you are doing a great job, but if you see highlights after spotting… brushy brushy brusha.

So that’s how these teeth are this way. People mention how white my teeth look in photos and if I do airbrush.. No I don’t, this are all the teeth products I use.

The Plus White 5 minute speed whitening is an at-home teeth whitening product that you can purchase at any drugstore such as CVS and Walgreens. Here is a video review on this kit from this girl on youtube.

Everyone has asked about my favorite tooth whitener. It is the Plus White 5 minute whitening kit. Everybody in the house have their own box. I was using three years ago the GoSmile. It did really really good, and then of course Jessica Simpson announced that she used GoSmile. They work really good but got very expensive.

Then I started using this and loved it. The target wraps are really good, but cost about $20 for a month supply. I noticed the other day that I used to be obsessive with whitening my teeth. They got so white that I had to stop. I probably have only done it for about 2 months, maybe 3 months. So I’ve done it twice in the past 4 days. If I use this for like 2 weeks my teeth are so incredibly white. It’s really easy. You can get this toothpaste along. I go to CVS and I get this whole kit each time. $8.99

If I use this everyday it will last me a month.

I’m going to go through and show you the steps. You can go up to 10 minutes if your teeth are very stained. You might get sensitivity at the beginning, but it’s not bad sensitive.

Instructions are on the back, but this is how i do it.

The green bottle is to loosen any “yucky” stuff on your teeth and prepare them for any whitening treatment. They say to mix it in a cup with water. Rinse that in your mouth for ab out 10 seconds. Then take your mouthpaste and toothpaste. If you want just your top teeth done just do the top. Or do bottom as well. Smooth up the gel with an applicator.

You just stick int in your mouth and bring your lips over it.

There’s a lot of gloppy stuff in my mouth, so I get my toothbrush  wet and this is so easy you guys. The only thing that make it look silly and difficult is because I was doing this on video.

How to Whiten Teeth with a Strawberry?

Really, apparently you can whiten your teeth at-home brushing your teeth with a strawberry mixed with other ingredients.

Strawberries contain malic acid, which is great to remove stains no your teeth.
For this teeth whitening method you will need:

1 strawberry
1/2 tsp of baking soda
Soft Toothbrush
Dental Floss
Mouthwash

Optional: Hydrogen Peroxide

Mash the strawberry with the fork and mix it with the baking soda.

Baking soda removes stains from coffee, tea and blueberries that have penetrated your enamel over time.

1- Using a toothbrush apply the mixture to the teeth you want to whiten.

2- Apply the mixture to your teeth with a soft toothpaste

3- Let the mixture sit in for 5 minutes

4- Brush your teeth with toothpaste as usual, floss to get out any seeds from the strawberry.

Rinsing with a little hydrogen peroxide & water kills bacteria and whitens teeth

5- Rinse your mouth with mouthwash to wash away residual acid. Your teeth will be bright and stain-free

A video & products review from consumer report. They don’t talk in detail about all eight kits but they do mention that the iWhite was the one that worked the least. Ouch. Those lights look cool but don’t really do much for whitening the teeth.

Do you dream of having your teeth as white as these models? Crest hopes you do. Crest has been aggressively advertising on TV and on facebook to promote their white strips advanced seal. Crest promises drama.

Listerine says its whitening quick dissolve strip quickly dissolve to noticeably white. And iWhite claims to provide dentist-office results.

Consumer Reports tested how well 8 at-home teeth whitening kits worked. They cost anywhere from $17 to $50.

Woman: We had over 80 staff members try out one kit each. There are whitening kits that use sticks that stick on and strips that dissolve.

Other whitening teeth kits use trays, included this one from iwhite. It has a battery operated light designed to accelerate teeth whitening but it didn’t do so well. It turned out that the iwhite kit whitened teeth least of all the kits tested. Consumer reports used this device: A colorimeter to assess staffers before and after tooth color.

I hope you guys are doing well. Today I decided to come to you guys with a review. I’m always looking for an inexpensive way on improving my beauty (inner and exterior) but lately I’ve been wanting to brighten my smile. I didn’t want to spend much money on doing that so I went to my local drugstore and I picked up the Listerine Whitening.

Whitening My teeth? Inexpensive?

I came across the Listerine strips in the store aisle ans started wandering if it would work. I wanted to try something that would work and would be inexpensive and with real whitening results. I was really impressed with these you guys. I tried the Crest strips before. I’ve tried the whitening trays. Who has time to sit there for 30 minutes?
I liked this Listerine ones. Brush your teeth first then apply the strips and they dissolve in like five minutes.

Noticeably bright white teeth and kills bad breath germs/ The whitening system you use it for 2 weeks. My flavor was clean mint, it wasn’t bad. What I liked is that I had no sensitivity to my teeth or gum.

I tried the Go Smile before and I also didn’t get sensitivity but the price was $89.99

After trying the crest white strips I felt uncomfortable around my tongue and inside mouth. Listerine was so easy to use.

Wandering how to use them?

You will notice that these strips are dissolving. First open the package. Get the strip out for the application> It should be placed like that and to your lower portion of your teeth. Now you are ready to apply the top portion. Be careful to not tore apart the strip. Apply that on and make sure it’s secured. Once it’s folded underneath you are pretty much done  with it. Now use this system for 14 days.

I will  show you 2 super methods that you can use to have super super dentist-white teeth.

1- The first method, I use this product called opalescence teeth whitening system. This is the same exact stuff that they use at the dentist office. What I did was, I decided to get my teeth whitened and got the molds and everything.

Basically this has bleaching peroxide to whiten your teeth.
Let me show you how the molds look like. What happens is that you are going to go to your dentist, they are going to make a mold of your teeth. It kinda reminds me of a mouth guard, but this fit specifically to your teeth. When I went to get my teeth whitened, this is the product that came with the kit. These 4 syringes are part of the teeth whitening pack. No worries, it’s not a needle.  You just apply little dots for each tooth . Set it in your mouth for 30 to 60 minutes. I like to do it in the morning and at night when I really want to get some really white teeth. You will do it for about two weeks. This is the same whitening product that you get at the dentist office. Before trying it I did a search and I found the Opalescence for really cheap. You could buy one thing of these or four. Or buy the whiteners in bulk so you get four in one box.

It’s really a great product. Remember to do it in the morning and at night for two weeks without stopping.

A cost-effective way instead of having to go to the dentist and spend $150 to have this made, what you can do is to buy those molds and when you do a search in amazon you will find those mouth guards as well. They might not fit as perfectly as the ones from the dentist, but they will do the job. You use hot water, bite on them and let them mold to your teeth.
Anytime you bleach your teeth they will get a little more sensitive. This syringes here are 35% percent peroxide, which is a trong concentration. The sensitivity will go away after you stop whitening your teeth. Usually with peroxide that’s a normal thing to happen.

If you don’t want to go online and just want to pick up something form the store, grab the 5 minute speed whitening gel.

I want to say is between 3 or 5 bucks. This 5 minute whitening product worked wonders for my kids, they are teenagers. Just grab a swab and apply it to each tooth individually and keep your mouth semi-open for about 5 minutes.
I believe you have to use it every evening. That’s just another alternative and method for teeth whitening. However I recommend the Opalescence whitening. Just get those molds and start whitening for way cheaper than the dentist. You might want to whiten every 6 months or so. Good luck!

3 (or four) daily steps for teeth whitening

This is four steps that you do. It is three steps you do twice a day and there’s a 4th step that you do once a day. SO if you do this on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.. Bam! whiter teeth. No guarantees.
This is something that has worked for me and people have also told me about.

1- Use any type of toothpaste that you have at home, for me it just happens it is the Crest toothpaste

2- Use the Crest weekly clean intensive clean paste. This is a little secret weapon and i love this. There’s one in England from Colgate, this is just as good. The Crest intensive cleaning paste.

3- Crest White Strips. Don’t need to go and buy the really expensive versions. This are the regular ones, they cost 28 bucks.

4- Fourth step is just a mouthwash. You don’t have to buy Listerine, it’s just something I have.

How to start whitening?

Morning: brush your teeth. Put a Crest White Strip on. Leave in 30 minutes then take it off and wash your mouth with mouthwash. Just go around your day.

Evening: Clean your teeth again, this time use the crest cleaning intensive paste. Then use the crest white strips again, then brush again and put white strips again and then brush your mouth again with Listerine.
On the fourth day you will wake up and your mouth will be white white .

I’ve never had bleaching on my teeth, the only thing I’ve used is the white strips and toothpaste. Pretty much my teeth are as white as you can have. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on Xoom whitening.

It’s just about being good with the time. If you get sensitivity then don’t do the double white strips. If you really want whiter teeth just do this. It will improve it for about 5 or 6 shades. Pretty good right?
